Administrative Assistant (In-Person)

🕐 Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends)

AW Design Group of Brands is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing portfolio of brands. This is an in-person role ideal for someone who’s organized, thoughtful, and has strong administrative capabilities, and who thrives in a creative environment while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and service-focused — with a natural interest in the arts, design, and creative industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across AW Design Group brands
  • Manage email communications and maintain organized digital files
  • Assist with customer service inquiries (email and phone)
  • Support basic social media tasks as needed
  • Maintain studio organization, light housekeeping, and general upkeep
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and operational tasks
  • Support the team with various administrative and operational projects as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with computer systems and email platforms
  • Familiarity with Dropbox
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs when required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (transporting items or attending events may be required)
  • Must be able to work in person in Edmonton

  • Interest in arts, design, or creative industries
  • Social media savvy
  • WordPress knowledge
  • Adobe Creative Suite familiarity
  • QuickBooks experience
